Things to bring: Yoga mat, water and towel

Clothing: Wear layers based on the weather. There tends to be an energetic breeze off the Grand River (nature's built-in fan!!) - so plan accordingly. Workout clothes and gym shoes are strongly recommended. 

 

Provided/Available: Resistance provided. Yoga mats are on sale for $10.
