Join us for the first session in our Well Being Series: Nature, Mindfulness, and Stress Reduction. In this program, you will learn: the ins, outs, and how to's of a daily mindfulness practice, mindfulness techniques about our brain's innate need for nature connection, and how mindfulness and nature aid in stress reduction. Portions of this program will be outdoors (dress for the weather) and will include journaling and time in silence. This is the perfect program to start off your New Year and to establish healthy habits that can last a lifetime!
