Come "clay" with us! Flex your creative muscles in our ceramics studio, and get a fun introduction to the world of clay and sculpture. In a small group setting over two evenings, you'll work with an experienced teaching artist to create a handmade planter for a succulent garden that you can enjoy all winter long. In the 1st session, you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing to make a functional piece of pottery. We’ll glaze and fire it for you, and then you’ll return a week later at the 2nd session to create your garden.
This class is perfect for students with little or no clay experience. Bring a friend or a group for a unique teambuilding activity, or make new friends while you’re here!
The cost of this event is $65 per person. Purchasing a ticket to this event also includes up to 5 lb. of clay, glaze for your work, all studio tools, supplies for one potted succulent plant, and light beverages.
*Register with a friend and enjoy a discounted rate of $60 per person
