The village of Ada is set to debut a holiday Winter Wonderland display, featuring safe, family-friendly activities this weekend.
More than 25,000 lights have been installed throughout the village, many of them on the 30 Fraser fir trees lining Ada Drive. Life-size grapevine reindeer also have been placed in the area to complete the display, which was designed by Ada resident and Via Design founder Valerie Schmieder. Romence Gardens & Greenhouse handled the installation of the decorations.
Come experience Winter Wonderland in Ada Village! Tune in LIVE tonight (on this page) from 5:30-6:00 p.m. for the virtual celebration of lighting the Ada Covered Bridge. Enjoy live carols, a greeting from our new Township Supervisor and the LIGHTS!
The lights officially turn on tonight, but you will be able to enjoy them every night through the end of January! Drive through the Village or take a stroll following our Winter Lights Walking Trail. The loop is just under a mile – a perfect walk for families and people of all age. It begins and ends near the Ada Village General Store, with nearby access to parking, public restrooms and Legacy Park.
