Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga, for yoga this summer in The Highlands! These outdoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in the gorgeous natural setting of the Highlands. Classes are outdoors so prepare for the weather (water bottle, sunscreen, layers, etc.) You must bring your own yoga mat. It is also a good idea to bring a beach towel or blanket to lay your mat upon. No previous experience necessary!
