Dinner Menu
  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:

    Grilled Peach salad: Michigan peaches and blueberries, fresh Michigan goat cheese, pistachios and spinach tossed in a Honey Vinaigrette.

    Corn Chowder: Michigan Sweet Corn, cream, green onion, creme fraiche, Sanders Applewood Smoked Bacon.

    Asparagus Roll: local asparagus, grueyere cheese, and La Quercia proscuitto americano wrapped in a wonton wrapper and fried golden. Served with Rhubarb ketchup.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 2:

    Seared Pork Belly: Michigan sweet corn succotash, pea puree, parsnip puree, pickled pearl onions and basil oil.

    Cast-Iron Red Snapper: Cornmeal dusted red snapper, bacon jam, swiss chard kraut and fried corn puddings.

    Either option may be substituted for Rosewood Tofu.
  • Course Three: CHOOSE 1:

    Waffle Sundae: Belgium Waffle, Lavender Hop Ice Cream, Blueberry Honey and a Soft Parade Gastrique.

    Flourless Chocolate Stout Cake: Barrel Aged Stout and dark chocolate. Served with a berry ice cream

Michigan's first 7 Monks opened in Traverse City over Labor Day Weekend back in 2011. There were only "7" Trappist monasteries brewing beer at the time...hence our name. The name remains although the number of Trappist breweries continues to increase across the world. We've never been more proud to serve world class beer, fantastic food and offer an atmosphere where you can comfortably enjoy any of our offerings! We have fifty-one rotating taps, over 100 craft bottles/cans, and a full bar. Our second location launched in Boyne City, MI, during the summer of 2016. Grand Rapids opened it's doors to a wonderful and welcoming community on April 21st, 2017. Cheers!
