Local maple syrup from Melody Bee Farm laced with Rye, Suze, and fresh lemon. Poured over an absinthe rinsed glass. Garnished with nutmeg and thyme. The most delicious fall beverage.
Pear o' Nuts $13
House made spiced pear liqueur "peared" with dark rum and Valdespino sherry, dash of bitters. An interesting blend of flavors, creates an unique, harmonious feel and taste.
