  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:

    Pineapple Shrimp Ceviche: Shrimp combined with fresh Pineapple, avocado, cilantro, lime juice and special herbs served with house tortilla chips.

    Prosiutto Peaches: Cool refreshing Michigan peaches wrapped with prosciutto ham topped with olive oil, basil and Burrata Cheese.

    Chicken Satay: House marinated grilled chicken tenderloins and topped with scallions served with an Asian Peanut Sauce.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 1:

    Blackened Chicken Tortellini: Three Cheese tortellini tossed in a roasted garlic parmesan Alfredo sauce, topped with blackened grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, green onions and served with garlic bread.

    Butter Salmon: Alaskan Sockeye salmon poached in our own special butter broth served with bacon wrapped Michigan Asparagus, and fried Yukon Gold potato ribbons.

    Modenese Chops: Grilled Pork Chops seasoned with garlic and rosemary, then sautéed with red wine served with grilled Michigan Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes.
  • Course Three: CHOOSE 1:

    Banana Parfait: Banana custard mixed with fresh bananas and honey granola layered with fresh whipping cream topped with chocolate syrup.

    Upside Down Pineapple Cake: Grilled Pineapples topped with yellow cake, pineapples, and cherries, served “upside down”.

    Peach Cobbler: Fresh Michigan Peaches baked in a spiced sugar biscuit mixture and topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
