  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:

    Whango* Shrimp Salad: spinach romaine mix, with whango* marinated shrimp, red onions, tomatoes, and mangos.

    Fire Roasted Corn Chowder with Sriracha: Sweet fire roasted corn, with tri-colored peppers, red onions blended into a classic corn chowder with a sriracha kick
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 1:

    Detroit Cheese Steak: Well-seasoned ribeye steak, served on a toasted baguette, with sautéed onions, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, with a smoked provolone cheese sauce.

    Grilled Ratatouille Flatbread: Homemade pizza sauce, with fresh made mozzarella, grilled tomatoes, Zucchi, eggplant, onions, and peppers, topped with fata, and fresh basil leaves.

    Green Bruschetta: Toasted baguette, broccoli pesto, fresh made mozzarella, grated parmesan, and arugula.

    Beer Wings: (8) Traditional chicken wings that are tossed in a house made beer infused barbeque sauce.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 2:

    Pork Belly Stir-Fry: Marinated pork belly, kimchi, tri-colored peppers, scallions, tossed in chefs stir fry sauce (teriyaki, soy sauce, sesame seed oil) server on a bed of rice.

    Seared Salmon with Lemon Caraway Spätzle: Seared salmon, topped with a creamy mustard sauce, served with a side of Lemon Caraway Spätzle, and roasted brussels sprouts.
  • Course Three: CHOOSE 1:

    Lemon Catnipp* Doughnuts: Regular doughnuts that have been glazed with a lemon catnipp* sauce.

    Traverse City Cherry* Milkshake: Vanilla bean ice cream, that is blended with our Traverse City Cherry* Wheat Ale instead of milk.
