Since 2010, Opera Grand Rapids has been proud to call the Nation’s first LEED certified Opera Center it’s home. Located in on East Fulton, the Betty Van Andel Opera Center is home to the Company’s box office, costume shop, administrative offices, and the Violet Wondergem Rehearsal Hall, where productions are staged. When not in use for the building of productions, the Betty Van Andel Opera Center is available for rental by groups, organizations, businesses, schools, corporations and individuals. A great open room, filled with light in an urban setting, the Opera Center is perfect for weddings, receptions, showers, anniversary parties and events.
