    Coal Chamber Stout Clam Chowder Bowl: House brewed oatmeal stout clam chowder

    Flash-Fried Risotto Balls: Stuffed with blue cheese and mushrooms, served with a side of spicy marinara. Pairs great with our Dansville Pale Ale.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE ONE:

    Annatto Seed Marinated Pork Sub: Marinated pork, habanero-vinegar slaw, guacamole, lettuce and tomato on a hoagie bun. Served with chips and a pickle. Pairs great with BB Hefeweizen.

    Autumn Grilled Chicken Salad: Mixed greens, grilled chicken, roasted Idaho potatoes, red onions, bacon, dried cranberries and sunflower kernels served with blood orange vinaigrette. Pairs great with BB Blonde Ale.

    Atlantic Salmon: Pan-fried Atlantic salmon , dried cranberry, red onion, asparagus, red and green pepper quinoa hash. Served with an orange-ginger sauce. Pairs great with BB American Wheat Ale.
