Course One

Choose one:

Pizza Pinwheels

Hand-rolled Big E's pizza dough, stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Cut into pinwheels and baked until they are hot and golden. Served with spicy ranch.

Cheese Sticks

Our new homemade, hand-battered provolone cheese sticks, served with marinara and ranch dipping sauces.

Pickle Fries

Crispy dill pickles lightly battered and fried to perfection. Served with our spicy ranch.

Homemade Onion Rings

Colossal onion rings hand-dipped in our Founders Solid Gold batter and fried to a golden brown. Served with fiesta sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls

Three house-made spring rolls filled with freshly crumbled gorgonzola, pulled chicken and cabbage, all tossed in hot Buffalo sauce, and fried to a crisp! Served with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Course Two

Choose one:

Traditional or Turkey Reuben

Locally-sourced marbled rye piled high with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. Or, try it with sliced turkey and creamy coleslaw for a change.

Big E's Club

Three slices of toasted white bread layered with turkey, ham, American cheese, bacon lettuce, topped with Miracle Whip and tomato.

Black and Blue Chicken Hoagie

A grilled hoagie roll stuffed full of sliced, blackened chicken breast, shredded lettuce, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Topped with sautéed onions and Cajun rémoulade.

Italian Sub

Ham, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, jalapeño peppers, black olives, mozzarella cheese, and Italian dressing served on baked ciabatta.


Grilled flatbread gently folded around a generous portion of sliced gyro meat and topped with fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, and thinly-sliced red onion. Served with traditional Greek-style Tzatziki sauce.

BBQ Pulled Pork

House-made New Holland Dragon's Milk-braised pulled pork, tossed with BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on a fresh bakery bun with a Founders Solid Gold onion ring.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Two savory grilled chicken breasted topped with bacon and provolone cheese. Served on a toasted bun with leaf lettuce, tomato and Founders sweet mustard.

California Club

Grilled flatbread brushed with fresh herb pesto mayonnaise then layered with freshly sliced turkey, leaf lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon and avocado slices.

French Dip

Our slow-roasted, herb-encrusted prime rib, grilled and tossed with caramelized onions. Smothered in melted Swiss, garnished with horseradish sauce and served with au jus.

Bloody Mary Sandwich

Capicola, salami, pepperoni and baked mozzarella layered and toasted on fresh ciabatta bread. Topped with fresh arugula, tomato, diced olives and a bloody mary sauce.


Our New Holland Dragon's Milk-braised pulled pork and ham piled high and topped with melted Swiss, sliced pickles and our Founders sweet mustard. Served in a pressed hoagie roll.

Steak and Cheese

Thinly-sliced prime rib seasoned and seared on our flat top grill and tossed with caramelized onions, mushrooms, pepperoncini and smothered in melted provolone and topped with our Coppercraft Red Bourbon sauce.
