Down to Earth dining means traditional American cuisine prepared using simple and wholesome ingredients. We've learned from our families, mentors, and culinary heroes that fresh ingredients, sound technique, a sense of adventure, and a little love is all you need to make outstanding food. We prepare meals with the same fare and techniques that we use in our own homes.

Join us for Sunday afternoon Bloody Marys, garnished with handmade pickled veggies. Make it a special family pizza night around a Wood-Fired Margherita topped with fresh basil from our lakeside garden. The view is Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture with clean lines, open spaces, and giant walls of glass framing the beautiful lake. Enjoy fresh air as you dine just feet away from the sapphire blue Versluis Lake. Feel the warmth and romance of a roaring fire while the moon lights a Michigan winter wonderland.     A few notable changes that we've made, to keep our guests and staff healthy:
    * Our host team will be greeting you outside the front door.
    * If there happens to be a wait, we will ask you to wait outside in your car or 6 feet away from others at our provided waiting area in front of the building.
    * To be fair to all our guests, we will not be accepting reservations through the months of June, July, & August.
    *Use YELP WAITLIST, this is a free app to get in line before you arrive (10 mile radius) to shorten your wait, you will also receive real time updates of the status of our wait list.
    * All of our staff will be wearing masks, so if you don't recognise us, look for a name tag.
    * We do hope that all guests will follow our mask rules as well, while you are walking through the dining room or going to the restroom, please wear a face covering.
    * You will see empty tables.
    * You also will see empty bar seats and spaces between.
    (Please do not ask us to change any seating around, we need to stay with state mandated procedures)
    * We have several hand sanitizing stations through out the restaurant and patio, for use by everyone!
    *Please be patient with our staff as we adjust to the many new procedures, this will take a little time to get used too.

    We assure you that although you wont be able to see our smiling faces, they are there, and we are so happy to provide all of our guests with the best quality of food, service & hospitality that we know you enjoy!
