    Moroccan Butternut Squash Soup: pickled squash, chili spiced nuts, pomegranate seeds

    Watermelon Salad: garden herb puree, cocoa nibs, crumbled feta, green olive

    Harissa Porchetta: bacon stuffed pork belly, grilled sourdough, charred radicchio, stone fruit, mint, parsley, lemon vinaigrette, smoked pork jus

    Smoked Scallops: chili butter, horseradish crème couscous, salt roasted beets, butternut squash puree, crispy kale
