    Watermelon Salad: goat cheese, candied pecans, spring mix, Fresh mint, balsamic syrup, raspberry sorbet

    Charley Chowder: Mediterranean-style fish chowder

    Martha's Vineyard Salad: pine nuts, blue cheese, red leaf , bibb, red onion; maple raspberry vinaigrette

    Chilled Gazpacho: accented with sour cream & croutons

    BBQ Raosted Salmon : horseradish bbq glazed, tomatillo concasse, parmesan orzo

    Seared shrimp & Scallops: sundried tomato relish, basil oil, roasted Campari tomato risotto

    Chicken Paillard: fresh herb Dijon crust, pea tendrils, arugula & exotic radishes; lemon vinaigrette

    Tuscan Portobello Pasta: spinach, sundried tomatoes, roasted shallots, hearty vegetable broth
