Course One

CHOOSE 1:


Morcilla: House stuffed Puerto Rican blood sausage.


Pasteles: A Puerto Rican tamale or pasty, green plantains, potato, smoked pork.


Croquetas de Bacalao: House made salt cod, potato, remulade.

Course Two

CHOOSE 1:


Jibarito BLT: Green plantains, fried, smashed, then fried again. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, Mayu Collazo.


Shrimp Mofongo: Green plantains, lardons, garlic, smashed, formed into balls, and baked. Then topped with grilled shrimp and a creamy sauce.


Tacos de Barbacoa: Beef cheek tacos on corn tortillas, served classically. Onion, cilantro, and lime.

Course Three

CHOOSE 1:


Crema Catalana: Cinnamon Orange Custard, Catalan Cream, Orange Zest and Salted Caramel


Aztec: Gluten Free Walnut Cake, Kahlua CEMEX, Mexican Chipotle Chocolate Mousse


Exotica Coco: Chunky Coconut Sponge Cake, Havana Club Lime Mousse, Curacao Glaze

Unique beers made with out-of-the-ordinary ingredients share the menu here with traditional ale styles and a Puerto Rico-inspired food menu.
