  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:

    Rustic Mussels: ½ pound of mussels steamed in GRBC SilverFoam with garlic, butter, capers, cherry tomatoes & red onion. Served with grilled Nantucket Baking Company sourdough.

    The Local: Nantucket Baking Company pretzel loaf served with house beer cheese sauce, pickled red onion & cowboy candied jalapeños.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 2:

    Vintage Burger: ½ pound custom blend patty , aged white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion & garlic aioli on Nantucket Baking Company potato roll. Served with Dank fries.

    Pork Belly & Wild Boar Bolognese: House-made Bolognese sauce with fresh ground boar & Cherrywood smoked pork belly served atop capellini with grilled Nantucket Baking Company sourdough.

    Street Tacos (2): SilverFoam battered cod, sweet chili coleslaw, soft boiled remoulade & cilantro on flour tortillas. Corazon hot sauce & lime wedge served on the side.
  • Course Three: CHOOSE 1:

    Simple Yet Pearplex: Poached pear, house-made pear crisps, Crème Anglaise & fresh mint oil drizzle.

    Beer & Cheese(cake): From scratch cheesecake made with our own craft beer & fresh local ingredients.
