Beet Salad: VPF greens, radish, tomato, red onion, citrus vinaigrette

Deviled Egg Trio: bacon & onion, mortadella & pickles, pimento cheese & giardiniera

Chicken Liver Pâté: cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, pickled cabbage, crème fraiche peanut, anadama

Cauliflower Vadouvan Soup: crème fraiche, mint, fennel

Chili Pork Taco:bean purée, cabbage slaw, cilantro, crème-fraiche

Shrimp Toast: black bread, soy caramel, sesame, puffed rice, micros

Butcher Shop Bolognese: beef, pork, lamb, pepperonata, charred onions, greens, bucatini, buttermilk feta

Carbonara: english peas, black pepper tagliatelle, house-cured bacon, charred onion, liaison, lemon, fried poached egg

Chicken Ballotine: ramp panisse, braised greens, green garlic gravy, marinated white beans, white BBQ, maple whey glaze
