MEATBALLS:Beef & pork meatballs wood-fired in Osteria tomato sauce with basil, Parmesan Reggiano & Sicilian Olive Oil

CALAMARI: Pan-fried with pepperoncini, garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, lemon and Mediterranean sea water

EGGS “ARRABIATA”: Calabrian “angry” sauce with caramelized onions, wood-fired with a poached egg and “Carte de Musica”

ANTIPASTA: Choose any 3 items from our large selection of meats, cheeses and spreads, accompanied with toasted crostini

“THE ROSSA” SALAD: VPF “Rossa” lettuce blend, cherry tomatoes, carrots and red wine vinaigrette with shaved Parmesan Reggiano

PANZANELLA SALAD: Local tomatoes, Osteria Mozzarella, pickled red onion, garlic croutons and VPF arugula in balsamic dressing

KALE SALAD: VPF tender kales, charred radicchio, roasted portobello and a poached egg with creamy Pecorino dressing

RIGATONI: Tube pasta “Fatta en Casa” with braised pork ragu, San Marzano tomatoes, pine nuts, peas and Parmesan

LINGUINI: Skinny flat noodles “Fatta en Casa” with clams, Calabrian chiles and green beans in saffron shellfish broth

EGGPLANT: Pan-fried eggplant with potato-sweet corn hash, VPF chard and lemon-caper sauce

CHICKEN “MILANESE”: Breaded chicken breast and braised chicken with candied almonds, dried cherries, VPF greens and balsamic

TROUT: Roasted local trout filets with crispy polenta, mushrooms, bacon and fennel in porcini brodo
