Kale salad with a toasted fennel seed and agave vinaigrette (V)

Mixture of kale, fresh fennel and red onion tossed with sun dried tomatoes, basil, mint and toasted fennel seed and agave vinaigrette. Topped with toasted almond slivers.

Beer Braised Pork Belly Skewers

Pork belly is first brined in a beer mixture, then pan seared and cooked at a low temperature for 12 hours in a beer and vegetable stock mixture. Finally its cubed, grilled and served with a sweet chilli sauce.

Fried Shrimp and Okra

Cajun seasoned Shrimp and fresh okra, breaded and fried. Served with a side of our signature bistro sauce.

Course Two

Crawfish Bisque

Made with fresh crawfish stock, crawfish tailmeat and cream. Topped with a dollop of whipped jalapeno cream soup.

Stout Cured Corned Beef

Beef brisket is first brined in a Stout ale for days, then cooked in a Michigan stout and vegetable stock mixture. Served with redskin potatoes, glazed carrots and a horseradish ale sauce.

Spicy Vegetable Alfredo and Brown Rice Penne (V,GF)

Sauteed onions, garlic, green peppers, red peppers and jalapenos tossed with brown rice penne noodles in a non dairy cajun alfredo sauce.

The French 75

Inspired by the classic New Orleans cocktail named after the French 75-mm field gun, commonly used in World War I.

A bright summery dessert made with a Sparkling wine gin sorbet with hints of citrus fruits, topped with a Michigan cherry syrup

Chocolate stout Tart

Sweet, flaky crust filled with a chocolaty filling made with Michigan stout and dutch chocolate liqueur topped with a crème de menthe whipped cream.

Cinnamon sugar cookies with Absinthe Glaze (V)

Two soft cinnamon sugar cookies topped with an absinthe and orange zest glaze
