    Persian Style Lamb Ribs: New Zealand Lamb marinated in lemon, garlic, saffron, and yogurt. Served with coconut rice and smoked tomato sauce.

    Taiwanese style Vegetable Rice Bun: Steamed rice bun filled with sautéed cabbage, carrots, leaks, onion, corn, and peppers. Served with a spicy soy dipping sauce.

    Mango Lassi Sorbet: House-made mango lassi churned into a frozen yogurt treat.

    Kelewele over Gelato: South African spiced plantains served hot over Madagascar vanilla gelato.
