    Tuna poke: ahi, seaweed, sesame seeds, citrus dressing

    Chorizo pot stickers: steamed, salmorejo, chopped egg, serrano ham

    Hamachi crunch roll:hamachi, bibb, cucumber, avocado, habanero cream cheese, jalapeno pineapple sauce
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 1:

    Wagyu tanindon: grilled, caramelized onion, egg, scallion, fresno, sticky rice

    Salmon satay: bacon wrapped, anise celeriac puree, romanesco, purple potato, broccoli rab, grilled lemon maple creme fraiche

    Drunken duck: drunken roasted, butterball potato mash, broccoli, drunken gravy

    Coconut panna cotta: mango center, almond cookie, candy floss, sweet ginger water

    Curry chocolate pot de creme with a tempura fruit skewer

The Food. We serve scratch prepared, fresh and sustainably sourced globally inspired cuisine; our menu is updated seasonally to ensure we are serving only the freshest and best tasting ingredients to our guests. The Beer. We feature 20 rotating craft beers on draft daily, with our objective being to have one of the most substantive and unique selections of craft beer offerings in Grand Rapids. The Cocktail. We offer a large selection of thoughtfully curated craft cocktails; we take a culinary approach to making each by incorporating housemade liquor infusions, freshly squeezed juices, and housemade syrups and purees into each cocktail creation. The Building. We are housed in a turn of the century historic building that features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, hardwood floors, bi level seating and an elevated outdoor beer garden. We are a casual place so come as you are!
