Ski Patrol Pork Cuban Sandwich: Pork roasted in citrus and Brewery Vivant Ski Patrol, topped with citrus and beer aioli, mustard, dill pickle, banana peppers, caramelized onions, smoked Swiss cheese on an oyster bun and served with our famous house-made root chips ($15)
Black Lager Chicken Marsala: Lightly breaded Amish chicken topped with roasted fennel, mushrooms, and caramelized onions, smothered with our Perrin Black infused Marsala sauce and served with herb-roasted potatoes ($16)
