    PROTECCION MESUARES AND PROTOCOLS TO ENTER THE RESTAURANT

    1. Desinfection
    - It is mandatory for all our clients to wash their hands or use the hand sanitizer when entering the restaurant.
    2. Temperature
    - If any of our clients has obseverd any sympyom of illness, the temperature will be taken by means of an infrared thermometer, which should not be greater than 38 degrees, if we have to deny the service.
    3. Capacity
    - Our establisment is designed for 60 people, currently we can have 30 people at the same time (50% of capacity) with tables of 4 people at most. No large groups for now.
    4. Reservation and Pre-order
    - We recommend to our clients to avoid inconveniences to reserve a table which will have a 15 minutes wait or will be canceled.
    Or preordening the menu for a shorter wait time.
    5.Tables
    -Our tables are separated with the proper distance (6 feet apart) and we will indicate which one you will sit on.
    We do not use tablecloths in order to make easier disinfection before and after being used by our clients.
    6. Utensils
    - we use disposable plates, cups, forks and napkins and we will ask please, to put them in the trash can when you finish eating.
    7. Staff
    - Our attending staff were trained and will use a mandatory security measures.
    They will wear gloves and mask when attending.
    8. No lunch Buffet at this time
