• Getting Around: The B.O.B. venue has four floors. The 1st through 3rd levels are accessed by both a stairway in the 2nd Floor (Street Level) Main Hall, and an elevator in the Monroe Avenue entrance vestibule. The 4th level is only accessed by an elevator in the Monroe Avenue vestibule.
  
  The First Level — The Brewery:
  
  The main routes are wide and level. The routes through the seating areas may be narrow where tables are arranged close together, and become difficult to navigate during busy hours.
  
  The Second Level — Bobarino’s:
  
  The routes are wide and level, though these may narrow where the tables are arranged close together.
  
  The Third Level — Dr. Grin’s Comedy Club:
  
  The main routes are wide and level. The routes through the seating areas may be narrow where tables are arranged close together, and become difficult to navigate during busy hours.
  
  The Fourth Level — Eve Nightclub:
  
  The nightclub is accessed by a long catwalk that is suspended over the lower floors. The surface of the catwalk is made of tempered glass. The catwalk has no edge protection along the sides of the walkway. The approach at either end of the catwalk is sloped, and may surprise unsuspecting guest with the sudden incline.
• Parking: Louis — Campau Ramp at 43 Monroe Avenue NW. — 0.05 miles from the venue.
  
  Ottawa — Fulton Ramp at 50 Ottawa Avenue NW. — 0.2 miles from the venue.3
• Sensory: The First Level — The Brewery:
  The lighting in the brewery is kept dim.
  
  The Second Level — Bobarino’s:
  Noise levels may be pronounced during peak hours. The level is open to the first floor, and noise may filter in from either level.
  
  This level is well lit.
  
  The Third Level — Dr. Grin’s Comedy Club:
  
  The venue is quiet and well lit.
  
  The Fourth Level — Eve Nightclub:
  
  The lighting in the nightclub is kept dim.
• Entrance: The Fulton Street and Monroe Avenue entrances are accessed by ramps. The Fulton Street entrance has a powered door with a push button.

  There is chair and table seating, and booth seating available.
  
  The Third Level — Dr. Grin’s Comedy Club:
