Grilled beef tenderloin with sautéed shrimp served with a beer beurre blanc. The heritage restaurant is student run classroom where the students prepare and serve the food. The beer is made in house by GRCC brewery students. The special is for lunch service only. Open Tuesday through Friday 11:15-12:45.
