  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:

    Shrimp Jambalaya: 5 shrimp skewered and grilled with Cajun spices. Served over dirty rice with jambalaya puree.
    Beer Flight: Choice of 3 beer or cider from our 20 tap handles.

    Chorizo & Buffalo Rolls: Chorizo cooked with onion, roasted red pepper, and corn, then rolled in a wanton wrapper with pepper jack cheese and deep-fried. Accompanied with southwestern chicken tossed with buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese, then wrapped in a wanton wrapper and deep-fried. Served with chipotle ranch and bleu cheese.
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 1:

    Planked Coho Salmon: Alaskan coho salmon roasted on a cedar plan with dill butter. Accompanied with duchess potatoes and grilled asparagus.

    Memphis Buffalo Ribs: Buffalo ribs roasted with an apple cider vinaigrette. Accompanied with sweet potatoes fries and jicama slaw. Served with a trio of BBQ sauces including Jamaican Mango, Fiery Habanero and Timbers house made BBQ.

    Blackened New York: 8 ounce center cut New York Strip dusted with bayou spices and blackened to temperature in a cast iron skillet. Finished with roasted garlic butter. Accompanied with a cheddar-bacon twice baked potato and cherry-pear chutney.
  • Course Three: CHOOSE 1:

    Pear Melba & Crème Brûlée: Poached pear topped with vanilla ice cream and raspberry Melba sauce. Accompanied with creme brûlée.

    Strawberry & Banana Calzone: Caramelized banana, strawberries, pineapple and dried cherry baked with a caramel cream cheese. Accompanied with a chocolate ganache sauce.

    Baked Alaska: Brownie, vanilla ice cream, topped with a delicious browned meringue and finished with a chocolate drizzle.
