Raspberry Key Lime Pie: House made raspberry key lime pie topped with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
Bison Burger: 8oz fresh ground bison burger topped with buffalo mozzarella, siracha aioli, mixed greens, bacon, and fried green tomatoes. Served with chips.
Whitefish:14oz fresh Michigan whitefish filet topped with pineapple mango salsa and citrus vinaigrette. Served with roasted red skin potatoes and asparagus.
Pork Osso Bucco: Slow cooked pork shank paired with baby carrots, mashed garlic red skin potatoes, and topped with pork demi glaze.
