Warm Up After the Santa Claus Parade at Santa's Workshop at the Main Library

GRAND RAPIDS (November 15, 2016) On Saturday, November 19, the Grand Rapids Public Library will be hosting Santa’s Workshop, a holiday event for all ages. The Workshop will start immediately after the Santa Claus Parade, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Main Library – 111 Library St NE. Parking is free in the library’s lot.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to greet all the good little boys and girls. Children can talk with Santa and hear stories and sign songs with Mrs. Claus. Holiday goodies and crafts will also be available. Children can also participate in the annual lighting of the Library Tree.

    Schedule of Events
    10:00 am–12:00 pm | Santa’s Workshop Activities
    Create holiday crafts and warm up with a cup of hot chocolate. Decorate your very own     tabletop holiday tree and help us light the Library Tree!

    10:45 am | Storytime with Mrs. Claus
    Join us for special holiday-themed books and activities.

    11:15 pm | Here Comes Santa Claus!
    Get the chance to talk with Santa.
