Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is an acute-care rehabilitation hospital for children and adults who have experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputation or other injury or illness requiring physical rehabilitation. 235 Wealthy St SE.

Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital, is a progressive leader in neuroscience, cardiovascular and cancer care, orthopedics, diabetes and endocrine care, kidney transplants and integrative medicine. Its ER is open 24/7. 200 Jefferson Ave SE.

Collaboration is a hallmark of Grand Rapids-area health systems. Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and Mary Free Bed are partnering to launch Michigan’s first pediatric rehabilitation hospital, and one of only three between America’s east and west coasts.: Joan Secchia Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital is slated to open in 2026 in downtown GR.

Southeast
