Friends of Experience Grand Rapids Newsletter

The Friends of Experience Grand Rapids newsletter is designed to highlight the "value of the visitor" to our community - and to share how Experience Grand Rapids is improving the local economy by attracting meetings, conventions and leisure travelers to the area. 2020 was a challenging one for Experience Grand Rapids, as it was for many throughout the region. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted ten straight years of sustained record growth in hotel performance and future contracted group business. We're confident that the future will be much better for us and our community, thanks in large part to the amazing resilience displayed by the people working and living in our community.
