  • Course One: CHOOSE 1:
    Michigan summer fruit salad: Honey whipped chevre, hazelnuts, summer greens, cardamom and black pepper gelee.
    Watermelon Gazpacho: buttermilk, summer herbs, old balsamic, raw greek olive oil.
    Heirloom tomato salad: walnut, basil, crushed olive, goat milk feta, aged Sherry vinegar, olive oil, grilled bread."
  • Course Two: CHOOSE 1:

    Crispy Chevre Gnocchi: blistered tomatoes, candy onions, pickled fennel, brown butter bread crumbs, beurre blanc sauce.

    Kielbasa Panzanella Salad: Grilled house sausage, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled summer vegetables, arugula, fired crouton, parmesan stagionato.

    Michigan Brook Trout: Creamed corn polenta, black cherry and chili compote, lightly braised greens, pistachio."

    House made Ice cream and seasonal sorbet.

    Doughnuts: confectioners sugar, summer fruit preserves.

    Citrus Tea Cake: Michigan cherries and berries, sparkling wine gelee, black tea gelato."
