Smokehouse Bloody Mary:
We SMOKED New Holland Awesome Vodka, mixed with Michigan made Mclures Bloody Mary mix. Topped with Michigan grown veggies that we popped in our smoker...a smoked pickle, smoked asparagus and smoked peppered bacon.
Michigan Liquor (tbd), homemade Jalapeno simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice shaken with cilantro and mint.
Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour:
Bourbon (tbd), fresh lemon juice, crushed Rosemary and dark amber maple syrup shaken over ice.
Brussel Sprouts (Recommended pairng with the Bloody Mary)
Chicken Quasadilla (Recommended pairing with the Jalop Julep)
Pork Spring Rolls (Recommended pairing with the Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour)
