We accept new partners anytime throughout the year. However, you must be a partner before September 15 of the current year to be included in the following year's Visitor Guide (due to printing/editing deadlines).
When do I renew?
Partner renewal invoices are sent in February of each year. Failure to renew your membership within 60 days of receiving your invoice may cause your partnership to expire.
When does my partnership begin?
After your payment is processed, our staff will Email you a letter welcoming you to Experience Grand Rapids. This will contain your login name and password, which will allow you to access our "partner only" area on the website.
I am not quite ready to join as a paying partner, what can I do?
We do our best to be an accurate and complete source of information for the Grand Rapids area. Even if you are not quite ready to become a paying partner, we would love to hear from you. Please contact Kate Herron, Director of Marketing, to let her know about your organization.
