“The glue that holds the convention services team together,” Kahlisha’s many responsibilities include ensuring that meeting organizers and attendees get all the information they need to make the most of their time in Grand Rapids. She also oversees the hard work of our volunteers, who are a vital part of our service to clients.

Kahlisha joined EXGR in 2023 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a hospitality focus from Central State University. She says the best thing about her current position is that “no two days are quite the same!”
