Kelsey spends her time touting Grand Rapids as the best destination for religious, trade/commercial and government meetings. She sparks connections with meeting planners and attendees in West Michigan and across the country to spread the word about our super-cool city and generate bookings.
Kelsey’s success in sales was foreshadowed when she won a crawling competition at age 7 months. That competitive spirit and her enthusiasm about Grand Rapids have helped us continue to set new performance records, year after year.

Kelsey first encountered Experience Grand Rapids as a volunteer when we hosted RCMA 2009, the annual convention of the Religious Conference Management Association. She was “ecstatic” to be part of the staff when we attended RCMA in 2018.
