Qi’Shaun leads our strategic initiatives to attract, support, and retain talent in the local hospitality industry. She manages outreach campaigns, fosters community partnerships, and collaborates with regional stakeholders to address workforce barriers and help people see how careers in hospitality can transform their lives and strengthen our local economy.
Qi’Shaun previously served as our Program Engagement Coordinator, focused on engagement and inclusion strategies such as our local NAF Academies of Hospitality & Tourism. Her experience prior to joining us included managing brand activations for McDonald’s and designing entrepreneurial programs for the West Michigan Small Business Development Center. She has also earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Grand Valley State University.
