Lilly works to increase awareness and bookings of Grand Rapids as a convenient, fun and memorable destination for group tours. She builds relationships with tour planners across the U.S. and the world, and connects them with our local partners and resources to facilitate custom experiences. She also showcases Grand Rapids through events and partnerships. “The best part of my job is the opportunity to travel to new places while connecting with industry professionals,” she enthuses.

Lilly served a one-year marketing and database internship with EXGR in 2021-2022 while attending Grand Valley State University. She then completed a customer service experience through the Disney College Program and studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy before graduating from GVSU with dual degrees in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. She rejoined EXGR in 2023, advancing from Sales Administrator to Sales Research Specialist to her current position. Her resumé also includes a stint as Facilities and Exhibit Manager at Great Lakes Scrapbook Events, and she has earned Professional in Destination Management certification from Destinations International.
