Lilly handles the innumerable clerical and administrative aspects of our sales operation so our sales team can spend more time directly promoting Grand Rapids to meeting planners and groups. She served a one-year marketing internship with EXGR in 2021-2022 and we were as impressed with her as she was with our “wonderful and supportive co-workers.”
Before we lured her back to work with us in 2023, Lilly completed a customer service experience through the Disney College Program and studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in April 2023 with degrees in Marketing and Hospitality Management, the latter emphasizing Meeting and Event Management.

- Advocates visiting (and revisiting) the Grand Rapids Public Museum “because there’s always something new and it’s entertaining for a broad age range.”
